Thanks to Melody's great care my Chinese friend and I enjoyed the tour so much that we were hardly annoyed by the extremely hot weather in Shanghai. We used the car for two days and public transport for one day. It was good to experience both the VIP treatment and the ordinary people's life. Likewise we had food/drinks in both fastfood stores like Yang's Dumplings and the patio of Grand Hyatt Hotel.(This is really impressive! A must-go place.) Melody was very attentive to the details and catered to every bit of our requests. She was cheerful all along and chatting with her was great fun. All in all, I think she's a perfect host, very professional, friendly and reliable!
