She was very professional & thorough, especially when helping to organize my itinerary & during my business meetings. Her great knowledge & understanding of many industries made me feel at ease throughout the 3 days of meetings. At the end of each day when we checked into our hotel, she was keen to be prepared for the next day & always asked me if she could do anything.
