We were extremely happy wtih Vivian's service. It was above + beyond expectations. I was also impressed with the way she could find her way back to the most obscure shop. Her command of the English language was excellent and there was no job too small or too big. Vivian is so easy to get along with and her knowledge of her GZ was also excellent. Even staying after time was not a problem as she made sure everything was correct.
