IVA No: 701392Arrived a day early to Shanghai and was able to book Susan at the last moment before heading south to Yiwu the next day. With Susan as my guide I could not believe how much we were able to accomplish in one day. The Bund, French Quarter, some small museums, city temple, Yu Garden and more.
We walked the whole day except for a short subway ride. I had some shopping I wanted to do for my children and Susan took me to an amazing street market. Her English is excellent and she was helpful, informative and easy-going. We also ate at two amazing local restaurants. When we split up at the end of the day she made sure I made it back to my hotel and also checked on my the next day to make sure I made it to the train station without an issues. An amazing and thoughtful guide. If I make it back to Shanghai I would be disappointed if she was not available.

IVA No: 14056I was with Jack for three days as we visited factories in the Zhejiang province. When you spend that much time with someone and have to rely on them for transportation and interpretation you tend to get a good feel for them as a person. So I can comfortably say that meeting Jack was probably the single best thing that I got out of this trip. He was always on time, did a great job working with me to deal with different factories and he was very forward thinking. More than once he provided feedback that was invaluable whether it was regarding a product or about a trip detail that I had overlooked. I now have a trusted contact in the area where many of my products are manufactured and have already contacted Jack for some follow up work with prospective factories. Highly recommended. (As an added bonus he was a very safe driver)

She reviewed my plan and made some suggestions which shortened the travel. She handled some detail of the photography project with skill and ease. By my choice we travelled to the art show by Metro and wound our way back by Metro and foot through the old French concession following my draft itinerary. Thank you Susan.
