IVA No: 14056Jack Shu Represented my company for a day and visited my supplier in my absence, to check and approve a shipment of goods. Jack was very professional. He checked random products, he unpacked some and put batteries inside to check they worked properly, he tested components of other products and sent me photographs, a video and a details report. Jack met some of the staff and also looked over the factory and give me his assessment on their operation. Jack did everything I requested and more.
Jack's conduct was extremely professional and I was very happy he was representing me and my company in such a professional manner. His English Language is very good and he had no trouble communicating. I will be using often to approve shipments and also to source products and negotiate on my behalf. We didnt know how to get there, where to stay, what to do, for how long, and she arranged the whole thing. She even waited for us in the airport when our flight was delayed for hours. Our initial arrangements were quick and efficient; Karen worked directly with the factory staff to arrange her travel. Once we met, I gave Karen a quick briefing and she took it from there.
Her English was great, and although I threw some engineering terms at her, she was able to handle them and communicate effectively.
I will be glad to use Karen again when the situation arises, and would recommend her to others.
