Emma was my guide/translator/interpreter while I was on a photo/video assignment in Foshan for a week in June of 2015. I would like to tell you and everyone else considering her for this service that she was pleasure to work with, very punctual, polite, hard working, and never complained once! We woke up early and worked until sunset most days, spent hours on our feet in the hot sun and never once was this a problem for Emma. She remained very enthusiastic about my project and was eager to help in any way she could. Part of my assignment was to interview locals and officials about the project my company designed and Emma was great with helping to coordinate these meetings, as well she was able to translate my interviews into english to help me greatly with my video editing. Emma may be younger than some other options to choose from, but she is wise beyond her years and shows a level of professionalism not typical for her age. Without a doubt I would acquire her service again when visiting this region of China for work.

Karen was outstanding!!! We used her services for an energy conference in which we were exhibitors. Karen had us send her information on our company so that she could be prepared to assist us in the most informed manner.
Karen was enthusiastic and extremely professional. She spent the entire week with us and was willing and able to perform whatever task that was requested of her. Karen was utilized as a translator in the exhibition booth, meetings, phone calls, etc. her English was outstanding. We also had Karen accompany us on a touring day and she was fantastic.
Karen exceeded our expectations. When we arrived to China, our luggage was lost. We sent Karen a message to assist us with the China Airlines luggage lost and found. By the time we awoke the next morning, Karen had already communicated with the airline, located our luggage and made arrangements to personally pick it up and bring it to our hotel. We will definitely use Karen again when we are in Shanghai and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
