In order for our clients to enjoy a honesty, risk-free service, our IVAs have to provide some certificates ( ID Card, Passport, Degree Certificate, Driving License...) to prove their identity.

Furthermore, IVAs will try their best to offer best service for our clients. You are expected to write a review for her/his service after the service is over, a positive feedback will make IVA gain +100 TP ( -100 TP for a negative feedback ), so your feedback is key to influence the IVA's future chance.
