I have experence as a guide,to help foreigners travel around Shanghai city,like Hangzhou,Ningbo,Wuxi and so on.I live in Shanghai for 4 years,because of that,I know this place well and can be guide for 1 to 4 persons.My duty is as belowed:
•Booking hotels and tickets for your trip
•Booking dinners restaurants, events and other activities.
•Pick and drop-off at airport or station
•Travel itinerary arrangement
•Tour Guide for word famous tourist attractions,
•local expert knowledge on hidden attractions, and local spots, for \"off the beat\" tours.

I was working for a France wine company as a business assistant for the CEO in 2013.My duty:
-Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns for conferences and exhibitions.
-Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications, including executive the marketing promotion programs
(trade show/exhibition/seminar/advertising, etc.)
-Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion for each conference and exhibition.
- Producing of marketing Rep after every events or activity client data records,
-Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently
-Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications
-Ensure supporting clients\' diary appointments and travel itineraries are efficiently organized
-Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary
-Assist in pipeline/forecast preparation and management
-Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
-Work closely with the supporting clients to coordinate and launch hard copy or email campaigns to consultants, clients and potential clients
-Ensure an effective filing system is maintained
-Provide other business support as requested.
-Anticipate and solve problems within a work environment
- Other relevant work assigned.

My CEO also give me a reference letter after the job.We still keep ccontating until now.
