Quality Inspection for watch

As promised to our customer,so I arranged quality checking accordingly after his watches goods are ready.
We had ordered 1000pcs watches which need me to check before shipment but the shop owner brought the goods to the shop very late afternoon so we had less time for checking them because the market will be closed soon by 7pm.This is very smart way to avoid our checking but still I made it in the end and felt very successful after this.
There are 5 cartons and each carton 200pcs.I open every box to check pcs by pcs.I assume the shop owner got annoyed by my behavior but being responsible and professional person,I know I have to insist in what i do even though people might dislike me. So I checked each pcs quickly and found out those ones which are not ok and asked them to fix them or exchange them so ship in next order.The main problem which i found is they are missing diamond or it had stains on watch. Most serious problem is some watches have rusts on the watch surface and removeable. So I already asked them for exchange so will ship next time.
After checking everything I brought the goods to one nearby shipping company to ship the goods.In order to keep the watch in safe condition,I bought some paper cartons and add white foam cartons inside for protection.It looks nice in end and safe too.As DHL is the most cheapest rate for UK this time,so we ship out the goods by DHL which takes only 3 to 4 working days to arrive.
By experiences we also learned the importance and neccessories of quality checking before shipment because the supplier can give bad quality ones as they do not care about this.
