Early May this year 2012, there is a Holland Client was find me and book my service for Car Rental.
I Organized my good driver who is safe driving , familiar with all route and knowing western Etiquette . The service was required pick up from Zhongshan Shangri-la Hotel to Shangri-la Hotl Guangzhou .Departure time was Required at 09:00AM. My driver would need driving to ZHongshan from Guangzhou .
At 07:00 AM I ring to my driver confirm that driver did departuer on time and asked driver let me know when arriving hotel.
8:30 my driver arrivaled hotel ,then i advised him have a sit in the lobby and show the client's name in the Reception desk 20 Minutes before the departure time .
But during the waiting time, my Driver went to confirm Again with Reception desk in order when the client check out the hotel receptionist will inform the driver and the Client too.
Just during this Moment, the action makes us nervouse . there is no record of the Client's name and guest who from Holland in the Shangri-la hotel that day .This makes us have been nervouse for a while,But we had Client's deposite and i advised my driver just waiting at the hotel lobby untill then i will given more suggestion.
Happyly, about 08:50 My client come to the hotel lobby check out and noticed our pick up mark . And start th journey as have been planed . Finally we had a very happy deal for the trip.
Therefor i Would share this story of my to other IVA, It would be good and needed to confirm the name and which country, passpot of client used for hotel check in .because there is westerns have plural nationality.
