During 18th~20th March 2015 was China International Trade Fair for Fibres and Yarns. I was accompany a Mexican customer to the fair with pleasure. The exhibition center--National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Hongqiao (Shanghai) is huge. It has 16 exhibition halls and total 1.47 million square meters of buildings. The trade fair itself was in general successful but still has few organization details need be improved. However I am really happy that my customer found almost 40 suppliers in three days with my help. As the visitor I have few suggestions that I personally like to share with you all.
1. Pick up your customer or set up the meeting point early and clear enough, especially for the first day visiting.
2. Beware that the public transportation is really crowded if you are unable to get the taxi there.
3. Use the map of the exhibition center and wear the comfortable shoes.
4. Don’t expect you would find delicious food over there and always avoiding the peaking lunch hour
5. Try to finish your visiting earlier enough than the closing time otherwise you will be impossible to get a taxi and you will be squashed like tin fish on subway.
