Our company spent eight days with Grace. She accompanied my two associates and I to approximately four cities throughout China. She went above and beyond,exceeding all of our business needs. For example, before our business meetings, Grace exhibited great initiative by asking questions in order to have a grasp on our overall chemical business, making the lines of communication open and very smooth between both parties. She arranged all of our appointments, hotel and plane reservations and assisted in translation as well as negations. Additionally, Grace was a tremendous help informing us of all the appropriate customs, including gestures, table manners, etc. Finally, Grace was very helpful to us, especially in Beijing where we shopped at various marketplaces. She played a crucial role with negotiations when purchasing items. Without Grace, our trip would not have been nearly as successful as it was. I would highly recommend Grace's service to anyone that is planning a trip to China. She is truly an extraordinary person and would be great asset to anyone that is doing business in China.
