I am a very easygoing and amiable girl with a bit of sense of humor (that usually comes out inadvertently^ ^). I have the good manner, sincerity and cordiality of a typical Beijing girl, and mixed with more subtlety and sensitivity.
People see me as someone trustworthy, reliable and willing to offer help, and I do really enjoy helping others, which I believe makes me more helpful to my clients.
I am more of a perceiver than a judger, very open-minded and considerate.
I have been working as an IVA since college, providing services including sightseeing and local leisure, arranging and interpreting for business meetings, Fair/ Exhibition, visiting suppliers, setting up local offices, interacting with clients (of my direct client) and all sorts of coordinating and administrative work.
Besides valuable experiences, I have also become friends with my clients in almost all cases and have been in touch with some of them till now. I am a fast-learner so I can pick up the job easily as long as there is not an expert level of specialized knowledge required.
I received my Master's degree in the US, and will become a Ph.D. student in fall 2012, and before that I had work experience in banking in China. I believe overseas life experience has made me even more accommodating and open-minded. I hope to use my vacation time at home to continue my IVA experience, helping more clients to have a smooth and pleasant stay here in Beijing.
