| Comment : | I reviewed your website. I will be in Guangzhou next week, working with / visiting the office and factory of my supplier Sept 21 and 22. Two years ago I hired a Guangzhou company to make 3 products for me. I have now personally visited his office and factory 3 times in the past 3 years. Unfortunately, he has still not been able to complete any of my products. I am now quite frustrated at the very slow progress. I am concerned and am wondering if he does not 100% understand everything that I say to him, that perhaps this is the reason that he has not finished my products, to the desired quality and specifications which I’ve tried to make him understand and appreciate. His spoken and written English (in my opinion) are less than average. When I am at his factory next week for 2 days, I want to have a translator at-my-side with very excellent spoken & written English ability working for me, as my advocate, watching out for my best business interest. If we can accomplish 100% of our work on the 21st, great. But I suspect we will have to return to the factory on the 22nd.
