Comment : • Friday, February 17th: We will be en route to Hong Kong during this time. I would like you to call and touch base with our contacts to introduce yourself as our interpreter, verify that they’re still available for a meeting, and try to arrange a day or time for us to meet. As you can imagine, we have some tentative visits scheduled and many contacts have asked that we call before arriving to make sure the time works for their schedule. My goal is to have a better idea of which visits will happen on which days by the time that we arrive on Friday evening. I would also like you to get detailed directions from the visit sites to make sure we don’t get lost. I’d be happy to talk to you directly to send more details.
• Saturday, February 18th: This is less important, but if your are available and can meet us at our hotel in Hong Kong we would be interested in having you accompany us on our sightseeing and shopping excursion.

• Sunday, February 19th: We would like to meet in the afternoon at our hotel in Shenzhen to help us buy a pre-paid phone, coordinate plans with our transportation service, and learn about the purpose of our trip and about our presentation.

• Monday, February 19th – Wednesday, February 22nd: We will visit some of our customers in China to tell them about our services, visit their plants to learn about their operations, and ask questions to improve our service to them. We will also visit forwarding companies that help ship our material.
