| Comment : | I have recently started a wholesale distribution service selling ladies fashion garments and accessories (bags, costume jewelery, clothes, shoes,...) I have been to Guangzhou several times and I would need a trusted assistant in Guangzhou for the following: - go to suppliers on my behalf to order goods and ship to the UK - negotiate prices on my behalf - do a quality control before sending goods - label all the product with my company brand before shipping to the UK - presence and assistance during 5 to 10 days stays in China (every 2 to 3 months) The business is only started so the requirement would be to have an assistant to whom I can send funds and have her go round certain defined wholesale markets and order the goods for me. I will initially require an assistant a few days a month (will place orders every 2 weeks, rising to one or 2 weeks per month to gradually be needed on a full time basis with full flexibility) - quantities will not be very big initially (between 30 to 100 pieces) so the ideal candidate should be able to go round the suppliers in one or two days max, use a 3rd day for collection or deliveries, verification of the stock and shipment to the uk. Trust is hugely important because I will be sending funds and expect the person to deliver what I sent the money for. Communication at all times will be hugely important. I need an assistant who give me regular updates about the progress of any requests. She must be very good communicating by email and using her judgment to take certain decisions on the spot. |
