They should know very clear about what they want, and then I will advice how we can do it, how long it will takes.

2. Negotiate price with supplier face to face, together with you.
3. Record all the details of the products you ordered: Item No., Descriptions, Price, Quantity, Size, Colour,Packing details.At the same time I will take photos for all the products your ordered.
4. Make detailed order list, so you can check total amount and total volume easily.
When you are not in Yiwu China:
1. Follow up production of your order to make sure the goods will be delivered in time.
2. Receive and inspect goods.
3. Make payment to suppliers.
3. Book shipping space and container.
4. Make complete export documents to declare to China customs.
5. Arrange shipment.
6. Send all the documents together with B/L to your office by express.
