    Responsibilities:
    - Facilitated the trivia/logistical stuffs(accommodation, domestic flights, liaison, contacts etc.) in both cities before their arrival via Email
    - Assisted in the details involved business planning(recommendation of shooting spot, negotiation with local authorities etc.)
