    Oli have 4-yr experience on international trade. 3-yr as order processing, 1-yr as purchaser, and now part-time job for interpreter, business assistant, tour guide.

    Oli is open-mind and easygoing, always work for foreign boss and leaders, I know how to communicate with foreign customers. I have a good office habit and is careful, will make less mistake and deal with every issue in a smooth way.

    1. Factory visiting
    a) Planing about 5 factories in one day(Also could depend on your request). Booking the meeting before we visit.
    b) The transportation is depend on you: own car and public transportations.
    If the factories are not in the same area, will choose public transportations like train and bus.But will not very free to arrange the schedule.
    If in the same area, will choose drive own car, but customer should pay the cost like fuel and parking.
    c) Most time I arrange the new factories to be visited firstly as cusotmers just go to see the new products and the factories production capacity, sometimes will ask for some samples or quotaion to know the further coorperation opportunities
    d) Then old cooperate-factories at last as they have more issues should be discussed, like the new season order, the price, the delivery time, the after-sale issues.

    2. Exhibition(trade show) interpreter & Assistant
    a) Should send me the schdule first. If in local place, just hotel booking and the buyer pass card.If in other cities, will need book the flight or train tickets.
    *Could help you managing the pass docs of exhibition if you need.
    b) Customer airport pick-up. I have own driving licence.
    c) Exhibition interpreting working, catalog & name-card collection, price recording.

    3. Wholesale markets companion
    a) I will introduce the wholesale markets for you according to your demand. Then take you to the mkt and go around.
    Sourcing the samples from the stores, buy samples and mark the price
    b) For good products, will discuss the MOQ order and bargain the price
    c) Collect all the samples for big qty, arrange the express or go with your container.

    4.Business Assistant(as purchasing agent)
    a) Almost are my old customers will ask me do as their business assitant or purchasing agent.
    b) If customers will not come to China often, will ask me sourcing the suppliers then make price list for ref. I will evaluate the suppliers' credit and quality.
    c) Then contact with suppliers to process the order, make contact, pay the deposit, ask the lead-time. When the order is ready, will inform customer to arrange the balance, then confirm the delivery time.
    d) During the production and before shipment,I'll do quality inspection if the suppliers are in the same area(of course if customer request, i'll fly to, the fee is paid by customer)
    e) Help customer ask the freight of sea or air shippment. Then arrange the shipment, container arrangement, customs declaration doc, inspecting container loading.
    f) After shipping, I'll send the B/L to customer.
    g) For long-term customer, I always will do reports on purchasing record and finacial.

    5. China office setting
    a) For many customers will have long-term plan to establish a the relationship with China, they will have plan to set a China office. It will help them to save some money and more controlful on their order.
    b) Tell me the type you want, most customers have 2 methods, one is open a trade company, one is find a trade company to coorperate. Both methods are workable.
