Hi, it's my pleasure to introduce myself. I am Li, Ying, 25 years old, raised and born in nanjing, China.
In pursuit of a career that I know will prepare me to be globally competitive, I studied overseas at the University of San Carlos, Cebu, Philippines and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration major in Marketing Management. I lived in the Philippines for nearly five years, where I gradually acquired valuable experience that helped me hone my skill set. Through this brief introduction, I want to demonstrate you that I can be an asset to your company based on my experience and my ability to work well with others.
From the numerous job assignments, I was able to acquire valuable experience as an interpreter as well as a document translator by several well-known Philippine companies and they gave excellent remarks for my strong grasp of Mandarin and English. During my last semester, I was fortunate enough to have worked for the notable firm of Acacia Realty and Brokerage which is located in Cebu City, Philippines. While there, I studied property listings, interviewed prospective clients, accompanied clients to property sites and discussed conditions of sale leading up to the real estate contracts.
I possess excellent verbal communication skills. The nearly five years of living in the Philippines has greatly improved my understanding of English, which has assisted me in performing my duties at work. I am also proficient in the use of different Microsoft Office applications such as, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I have attended various training seminars which have helped me progress in developing my decision making, critical thinking and brainstorming.
Since my concentration can be successfully applied to many different industries, I am confident to work in any role where I can utilize my skills to learn, contribute and grow with your organization. I can adapt easily to different situations and manage to work under pressure. I am always committed to excellence and strive to maintain a strong work ethic during difficult circumstances. I like to use my detail-oriented mind and apply the skills and knowledge which I gleaned from my various degree subjects. I see myself as a people-oriented and a modest over-achiever.
