    I, Grace Wu, am a business interpreter and tour guide with experiences of 5 years in foreign trade, 3 years in sourcing and cost reduction and 5 years in personal business interpreter.

    Being with the trading company, I used to
    1. accompany customer in visiting factories, inspecting products and etc as an interpreter and assistant negotiator.
    2. act as a representative. Feb 2009-Nov 2009, project 2Milion pcs Soccer Ball was undergoing. I not only acted as a representative when customer was absent but also pay visits to factory w/wt customer.
    3. be an operator in the whole course from getting quotation from supplier, negotiating price, inspecting goods, arranging shipment and clearance, sending shipping document to customer, etc. It was really one-stop service.

    Being as a sourcing office, I used to
    1. look for competitive supplier and the best quotation.
    2. conduct cost down. I made cost down of USD500,000 for my company in 2012.

    Being as interpreter, I bridged the language problem for my customers, assisted them in achieving what they expected, guided them to the beautiful places which they longed for and brought wonderful joys to their journey.     Now you may wonder whether I am an easy lady to get along with or not. Oh you should not have had that question because you will find I am ease-going, nice and a good listener in addition to detail and result-oriented, considerate, good interpersonal skills, the basic requirements to get a job done.

    After work, I usually play table tennis, badminton or do some bicycle riding and climbing which many foreigners love to do in Hangzhou. You may find another “LaoWai” at the midway to BeiGaoFeng. Hehe.

    No matter your purpose is to visit factory, inspect goods, attend an exposition or sightseeing, I am a good helper.
