I went to high school in the San Francisco Bay Area, and then got my bachelor degree in the UK. As an actor I am specially trained in North Cal accent, Received Pronunciation, Heightened RP (If you fancy some silly British entertainment), Cockney accent and Scots language.
I can't guarantee you that I can speak Scots fluently, however as someone who's been forced to study Robert Burns for three years I can assure you that I understand Scots language and Scottish accents. Be you from Ayrshire, Edinburgh, Glasgow, or even Falkirk, we can have a "richt gud blether the gather".
I've taken many theatre companies that came from different countries on private tour in Beijing. As I am very familiar with the traditional theatre culture here, I can arrange for traditional Peking Opera tour and give an in-depth chat about the ancient tales that still take resident under every single brick that this city were once built on.
Asides from being an actor, I am also an editor from one of the biggest jazz magazine in China. I am familiar with all the lineups of the day and can take you to jazz clubs if you fancy some music (Blue Note Beijing, East Shore Cafe, DDC etc.)
