Worked in Front office where I practiced oral English and learned more about hotel reservation skills related.
April-August 2010 Crown Plaza Shenzhen Shenzhen
Worked as a door-girl for 5 months and F&B department for 1 month in the Crowne Plaza for where I learned professional skills like banquet planning. I am very proud to mention that my manager spoke highly of my job performance.This grass-roots experience succeeded in helping me understand the necessity for first-class service to patrons, and efficient hotel operations.
2008-2009 Hotel Shenzhen
Worked in both Housekeeping and Front office, and 6 months later I was promoted to the Sales and Marketing department.
Volunteer experience
•Took part in the Golf World Cup in Guanlanhu, and twice acted as a volunteer.
In order for our clients to enjoy a honesty, risk-free service, our IVAs have to provide some certificates ( ID Card, Passport, Degree Certificate, Driving License...) to prove their identity.
Furthermore, IVAs will try their best to offer best service for our clients. You are expected to write a review for her/his service after the service is over, a positive feedback will make IVA gain +100 TP ( -100 TP for a negative feedback ), so your feedback is key to influence the IVA's future chance.
