    Jan,2013-present,Local buying assistant for Gernmany client . Get enquiries from head office , Factory audit ,negotiate price, ,arrange sample ,confirm order ,inspection ,arrange payment , loading and shipping etc . Sourcing items include:tablets ,keyboard ,earphones ,packing &printing,etc consumer products .

    Aug,2010-present ,translator, sourcing agent for Dubai client, sourcing from A-Z, include Factory audit ,negotiate price, ,arrange sample ,confirm order ,inspection ,arrange payment, loading and shipping. Sourcing items mainly include: video card , promotion gift , Advertising material etc

    Feb,March , 2014 Inspection for UK client . Products: USB & Video cards
    Tranlation ,at the same time in charge of inspection and shipping When the samples ready , go to the factory to check the samples, make a video and take pictures, make a report send to client. Inspection during production, IQC the main raw material like speakers etc . Monitor each production process ,make a videos and pictures .After all the products ready ,test the products again by random ,separate the NG items ,till the items meet order quantity then arrange loading and shipping .

    March,2014, Factory audit for USA client . products , R/C helicopters .
    Assess from business license to production capacities, quality control systems to staff facilities and working conditions. To Confirm if the factory has the production capacity and quality to meet client’s production needs, then make a report .

    May,June,2014, Products pre-shipping inspection for Switzerland client . Products: Mobile phone accessories
    According to customer’s requirement ,check the products quality by random ,reject the NG items .Make a report with detailed pictures .

    June,July ,2014 Factory audit ,inspection, container loading monitoring for Romania client .Product: PVC films
    Factory audit: assess from business license to production capacities, quality control systems to staff facilities and working conditions. To Confirm if the factory has the production capacity and quality to meet client’s production needs, then make a report . In production inspection: check the production quality by random , separate the faulty items . make a report includes detailed pictures. Container loading , guarantee the product paid for is securely loaded. Container Load Check is the final step in the manufacturing process. Ensure the final details of your product are correct and actual ordered quantity is securely loaded into your container before signing off and settling final payment.


    Nov,Dec,2014 Sourcing for UK client, items include consumer products , TVs ,entertainment products for kids etc .

    • Anna worked with me on the 10th and 11th of October visiting 2 existing suppliers and one prospective new supplier.

      Prior to my visit I sent her my proposed schedule with addresses and details of contacts, before my arrival she had contacted every supplier to introduce herself and had planned the best ways to travel to each supplier.

      She was punctual and very professional.

      Her understanding of English was excellent and her spoken English was exceptional.

      She interacted well in all of my meetings and made every meeting for me and my suppliers very easy.

      Anna has good knowledge of Shenzhen and the best ways to travel around the city including good knowledge of the metro .

      She is easy to talk to and made my stay in Shenzhen a very productive and enjoyable one.

      I would recommend her to anyone planning to do business in Shenzhen.

    • anna is really a nice person and very good interpreter, i been to shenzhen in the month of april and hired anna as a interpreter , she speeks really good english and because of her jolly nature mixes up with every person (clients) very fast. she is also very smart about every thing related to business, bank, maps, etc.

      overall she is best interpreter i have ever met with.
