I'm Marina,a kind,enthusiastic,full with the sense of responsibility and humor girl. I am a freelance interpreter, business assistant and licensed English tour guide in ShenZhen with 5 years experience.
Worked in trading company and with the experience of interpreter for 5 years ,I learned the things as follows:
1)Good at receipting foreign customer and communication,
2)Help customer find what they want,
3)Negotiate with suppliers.
4)Have experience for Canton Fair and other shows in China
5)Have adequate resources in good China mainland suppliers,especially in Guangdong province , such as electric products,building material,LED lights,glassware,art and crafts, raw material,clothes and so on.
6)Familiar with every steps in foreign trading, such as sample and products inspection, goods delivery, follow the supplier to deliver goods on time.
Interpreter experience:
The longest case I handled is working with 3 Mexico customers for 24 days. During their business trip, we took participated Canton Fair and went to Beijing and Shanghai for travelling at free time.
Now we not only develop a long term cooperation in business and become close friends as well. January 2013, they came to shenzhen again and employed me to be their interpreter as before.
As a tour guide, I like travel very much and have been to more than 20 cities in China. I got my English tour guide license 2 years ago. It's avaliable for me to make itinerary according to customer's different interests and requets.

On last Canton Fair, I worked with 3 buyers come from Mexico.

- Marina was asked to work in an industry outside of her usual experience (Financial and automotive services). She was happy to meet the day before our meetings commenced to study relevant literature etc to get up to speed. During the meetings, she was able to step in when required to translate more subtle elements of the discussion, thus making sure things progressed smoothly.
On a factory visit, she was completely at ease translating technical and production based queries.
I am impressed with her willingness to learn, and work 'for us' which is important. Additionally, she presents herself very well.
Marina also proved to be a valuable guide: and given the size of Shen Zhen that is important.

- Since my family members from Hong Kong didn't want me to go on my own to Shenzhen (Hong Kong Chinese have a complicated relation to the mainland), I searched for a guide, so I would not make them worried. Marina reacted very fast by email, she was on time at Luo Hu to pick me up. Although I had gone to the places of my relatives before in Long Gang, Shenzhen, it's hard to find these places back, even if you have the exact names of locations. Marina was very helpful, since taxi drivers are not always familiar with certain locations. The city is changing so fast, so if nobody can catch up with its development, be secure to find your way with a guide like Marina

It was a great pleasure to work with such a professional guide like Marina. She was not like just a guide, she leaded us to the places that we should visit, made our hotel and travel bookings, also eating reservations.
