While I was living in Germany and France for my master degree, I worked as an event manager at a sports association in charge of event construction and cost control. Based on major in business management, I also helped many companies to do marketing research and joined projects.
My first job was in an instruments company as admin.I reported to president and dealed with related administration affairs; supervised and created policies and procedures for staff admission;organized company events; managed communications with medias.
All above experiences supported me to travel to many countries and areas in china, made me have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
