I have been the United States as an exchange student. While I was in the States, I attended the study tour to learn more about Native American culture on clothes styles and dance performance. I also attended a business club to see the corporation’s operation style and public business. Being a guest in an American family for one year helped me to learn about normal life in the United States. During the vocation, I went to New York, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Boston and Chicago to see different city features and culture.
I also planned and executed an international activity, the Taste of Nation.
When I came back to China, I start to offer the service as a tour guide for the ones coming from the other countries which mother language is English. At first, they are my friends or someone I knew in the States, and then, since I did that quite well, I started to offer this kind of service for strangers.And, from now on, it goes really good.
As you see, my major in China here is the Chinese Language and Literature, and my major while I was exchange is Communication. So I am a great talker and I have a strong willings to tell people about China, the food, the culture and so on.
