  • When I first arrived in China my concern was that we had a very very heavy agenda of factories to visit. Not speaking the language, not knowing where any place was, I pretty much had to completely rely on Alva for everything!

    Alva's brilliant efforts, saw to it that every appointment, every booking and every transfer was scheduled planned and double checked so our itinerary ran like clock work...

    Balancing time, travel, scheduling of appointments and the countless number of rendezvous' and transfers between various drivers and hotels was a balancing act that was hard to follow, let alone accomplish!

    I tip my hat to you young lady!
